The family-run business ElpoChem AG has been active in the field of chemical and electrochemical surface finishing since 1970. Our focus is on high-quality processes for noncontact deburring and polishing of metal parts as well as on visual, decorative finishing by anodization.

Expert consulting on material surfaces and properties and the resulting process technologies. ElpoChem performs all process engineering tasks for you, develops suitable plant designs, and delivers the chemicals and electrolytes required for material surface treatment.
Metal Surface Finishing First Article Inspection
We have an in-house development lab and an analytical and applications lab for performing first article inspections on customer parts. We would be happy to deburr, polish, and passive your production samples to demonstrate the various possibilities and optimal surface treatment processes.
Process Engineering
At all stages in the engineering process as well as during implementation, you can rest assured that we will apply our competence and experience to ensure that the project is expertly managed. We take your project from A to Z: from situation analysis and conceptual design, including development of the required process technology, to planning and implementation.
Support for Customer Plants
We help you optimize your bath management with continuous process and quality management. We regularly take samples from your process baths and analyze them in our lab. In this way, we ensure the consistently high quality of the parts treated in your production facilities. We are also always available to provide exhaustive advice on any questions concerning the optimal process technology.
