In recent years, titanium has become one of the most sought-after materials in the watch and jewelry industry.

Its exceptional combination of low weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and skin compatibility makes it ideal for exclusive applications — from cases and bracelets to the finest dials and hands.
Especially the so-called crystalline titanium, which is given a fine, textured microsurface through special heat and surface treatments, opens up new aesthetic opportunities. This special structure reflects light in a unique way and enhances the optical depth of the material. In order to specifically accentuate these properties and at the same time achieve long-lasting coloring, the Color anodizing used — an electrochemical process that does not require pigments and produces brilliant colors through controlled oxide layer formation.
Color anodizing with ElpoLux ANOX-C is based on a precisely controlled electrochemical process in which a defined oxide layer is built up on the titanium surface. This transparent layer acts as an optical interference filter: Depending on the thickness of the layer, different colors are created — from subtle shades of gold and bronze to intense shades of blue and green to strong purple.
- Brilliant, uniform coloring due to controlled oxide layer thickness
- No pigments or paints — color is created purely physically through light interference
- Maintaining the metallic structure and natural shine
