Development and Distribution

Our electrolytes are individually tailored to materials, component geometries and quality requirements. Each formulation is produced in our in-house production according to ISO 9001 standards to ensure consistent quality and optimal process stability. The result: reliable chemical systems that can be seamlessly integrated into your production.

Sample Processing

In our laboratories we deburr, polish and passivate sample parts under realistic conditions. In this way, processes can be tested, results validated and optimal process parameters defined. This sampling provides you with a reliable basis for deciding on the introduction of new or optimized surface processes.

Customer Support

During operation, we ensure your process quality through regular electroly bath samples, laboratory analyses and technical assistance. Our experts identify deviations early on, optimize parameters and thus ensure consistently high surface quality. You benefit from stable processes, predictable maintenance and consistently precise results.

Process engineering

From design to test evaluation to integration into your system — we support you through all phases of engineering. Our engineers plan, optimize and monitor your processes, including chemical processes in your production efficient, stable and economical run. This is how theory becomes practical precision.

Toll Blending

Would you like to outsource the production or handling of hazardous chemicals? We take over the application mix according to your formulations — standard-compliant, secure and confidential. This reduces internal risks, saves resources and allows you to concentrate fully on your core processes.
